The terms of the Greenskky Investments User Agreement apply to this Privacy Policy. This policy becomes operative when a user registers with Greenskky Investments by completing the registration form and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in our Site Policy.

Greenskky may gather personal data from you in order to provide you with a customized investment experience. Additionally, some of our services might ask you to fill out a registration form or provide us with certain information. We can deliver or give you access to the most pertinent investment opportunities that serve your needs if you give us your preferences.

Information is used solely for service delivery, market analysis, and client communication.

  1. Data Protection 

Without the user’s prior consent, Greenskky will not share the personal information that users disclose about themselves to third parties. However, broad information may be disclosed to outside parties. As per our privacy policy, every effort will be made to ensure the security of the information submitted by users, and only with their permission, information will be posted on the website.

  1. Client Rights 

Clients can access, modify, or delete personal information upon request. Only when you register, you will be asked to fill out the registration form; typically, site visitors are not forced to reveal their identities or submit any information about themselves.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Advisory Fees 

Advisory fees paid for consultation and analysis services are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered and reports delivered. However, we maintain a commitment to client satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Investment Returns 

Property investments, farmland purchases, and real estate transactions do not qualify for refunds as these are asset purchases rather than services. All investment sales are final upon completion of transaction documentation.

  1. Cooling-Off Period 

New clients have a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of signing the advisory agreement to cancel services without penalty, provided no substantive work has been commenced on their behalf.

  1. Dispute Resolution 

Refund disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through arbitration as per Indian laws and regulations.

  1. Service Dissatisfaction 

If you are dissatisfied with our advisory services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve concerns and, where appropriate, may offer partial refunds or additional services at no charge.
